“Imagine, the worst down-market in a decade, Christmas week and I had to move. I found Larry while surfing online noting that he took advantage of the Internet and mass media in his marketing and, knowing that more than 98% of prospective buyers now use the Internet to search for a home, I decided to list with him; after all, I knew I’d need all the help I could get in this market.Not one came those first two weeks!
I guess all the other Realtors decided to take a vacation because not even one Realtor previewed even though there were three active listings in the subdivision!
